Snow has all melted, temperatures are in the 50s and 60s. The first Jonquils and Wisteria are about to burst open.  Dogwoods and Azaleas aren't far behind. Winter is not quite through with us but we know it won't be long.  School will be out, teachers on hiatus, and everyone needing a change of scenery and a little adventure.

Little Rock is the perfect getaway spot. Shops, museums, the zoo, bike and hiking trails, great restaurants. You name it and we probably have it .                             Best of all most of it

is in Downtown Little Rock.

HAYWARD GARDEN COTTAGE - Secluded garden cottage sleeps up to 3 with 1 king bedroom, single sleeper sofa and 1 jetted tub bath.

TREETOP COTTAGE -  The large balcony is a favorite hangout and the cottage sleeps up to 6 with 1 king bedroom, 1 queen bedroom, queen sleeper sofa and 2 full baths.

GARDENER'S COTTAGE - Romantic for two, with jetted tub bathroom, queen bed and a balcony that overlooks the garden.

WINSLOW COTTAGE - Sophisticated, one bedroom with private porch entrance, king bed and double spa tub and a kitchenette for snacks and breakfast.

MAY'S GARDEN COTTAGE - Casually luxurious one or two bedroom cottage with full kitchen, jetted double tub and lots of  amenities including a private fenced front garden.
